We are a Franco-Belgian company, with human size, specialized in real estate for holidays / vacations rentals and installed in Spain on Costa del Sol for 12 years. We propose for renting, for one week, a fortnight or a month, 3 villas like 3 Studios magnificiently distributed on a garden of one hectare with splendid sights on sea. Our property is located on Costa del Sol at Mijas Costa, at 15 minutes of Marbella. The place is the ideal starting point for the amateurs of golfs with more than 50 courses of quite as resplendent golfs the ones as the others! Here is one of our villas: LA Medina, sumptuous villa located in a residential district of Marbella. This villa benefits from an absolutely exceptional situation and an extraordinary sight on the abundant vegetation and the sea. A small way reachs the beach. The villa offers a luxurious interior and includes/understands a stay with a living room and a chimney, a dining room roomy and a marvellous kitchen entirely equipped (microwaves, furnace, dishwasher, coffee machine...). There is a superb covered terrace, from where one enjoys the splendid sight on the garden and the sea. 4 beautiful bedrooms, with privative shower-room bathrooms.
