- to make a feasibility study to consolidate you or dissuade you to undertake a project, and to accompany you if the decision is positive;


- to carry out one audit of the situation in which you are and to work out a file of recommendations quantified and adapted to your budget to achieve the laid down goals;


- to apply under your control these recommendations which can concern inter alia: the maintenance of the course and economies to be realized, modifications of the course and the club-house, the management of your equipment at the commercial level, and intern (personal, procedures.) ;














- to conceive, draw and produce equipment of golf within the framework of adapted budget,


starting from a schedule of conditions that we help you to set up;





- to conclude the administrative authorisations and the work management, until alor delivery and reception





- to assemble financing for the achievement of your project





- to adapt, modify, create the management of the automatic watering of your course

In the last twenty years Par Fair has designed golf courses of all kind : prestige resorts, members courses, pay as you play courses, public courses, initiation centres…projects in mountain resorts, on flat land, home or abroad



Par Fair does not produce a standardized golf course but creates a series of tales sprung from a landscape, a feeling, a delight a necessity.

Our task is to listen, to reflect, to walk and to absorb.



We become passionately involved and we start to sketch, reject, reappraise through intense work sessions and brainstorming so that our collaboration at Par Fair yields a unique golfing experience.
